The Simple Steps to Prosperity and Abundance

Are you interested in enjoying more money and prosperity in your life? Ready? Great. Let's start by setting a little foundation.

At all times in your life, you have an abundance and a lack of any given thing. There are always two sides to everything; Positive-negative, right-wrong, good-bad, abundance-lack. But it is your focus on the one or the other that creates your experience of what is real for you. And it is this experience that creates more - more abundance or more lack.

Here is a simple exercise to get you on your way . . .

List five things that you want more of in your life (I'll give you the first):

1. I want more money.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Stop.

Complete your list before continuing on. This is very important.

Each of these five statements may not be news to you, but each tells you some very important information about the programming in your subconscious mind.

Take my example of "I want more money." When you say you want more money subconsciously you hold the belief, "I do not have enough money. I have a lack. I have a deficiency here." These thoughts stir feelings within you; feelings of helplessness, inadequacy, insecurity, low self-esteem, anger, frustration and more.

Now, consider each statement on your list above. What are those statements saying - subconsciously?

  1. I want more money = I do not have enough money. I have lack. I have a deficiency.
  2.  
  3.  
  4.  
  5.  

Have you written in each statement? Don't cheat yourself. Please complete each statement before continuing. Do this for you.

MARK THESE WORDS.

As long as I hold these feelings and allow them to exist below the surface of my awareness, they are going to dictate my results in life.

If you always feel as you've always felt, You'll always do what you've always done, And you'll always get what you've always got. . .

Unless you release the root cause feelings.

Now speak and give focused thought to this simple statement:

"I allow myself to recognize the abundance that exists in my life. In this moment, I have more than I need."

Allow yourself to recognize the abundance that exists in your life in this very moment. Food, clothes, space, love, money, warmth, air, etc.. Your life is as rich as you allow it to be and you probably have more than enough of these previously mentioned items, RIGHT NOW, in this moment.

How does this feel? You feel more positive and optimistic, right?

This abundance is all-around you, all of the time. And the more you are aware of it, the more you feel it, the more abundances you are going to experience EVERYWHERE in your life.

When you feel your thoughts and feelings drift to lack, simply use:

  1. Could you let go of this feeling? (Of course. It's just a feeling)
  2. Would you let go of this feeling? (Are you willing to? Would you rather have this feeling, or would you rather have what you want?)
  3. When? (I choose how long I want to hold on to this feeling. Wow, I can let this go at any time. It's my choice and it always has been.)

Now let's focus on money, specifically: List five limiting feelings or beliefs you hold about money, right now in this moment:

  1. I cannot afford the things in life I really want.
  2.  
  3.  
  4.  
  5.  

Now re-write these feelings or beliefs in the positive by replacing the limiting or negative feeling with the words "I allow myself to . . .":

  1. I allow myself to afford the things in life I really want.
  2.  
  3.  
  4.  
  5.  

Now state each statement aloud:

"I allow myself to afford the thing in life I really want."

Now simply notice any limiting feelings or thoughts that present themselves to you.

  1. Could you allow yourself to let that feeling go?
  2. Would you, or are you willing, to allow yourself to let that feeling go?
    If your answer is no, then ask yourself "Would I rather have this limiting feeling? Or would I rather have what I want?" If you choose to hold on to the feeling, you are choosing that feeling over what you desire.
  3. When?

Continue with each statement on your list, one at a time, until you feel a sense of comfort and peace with the statement - continue until you no longer feel yourself clinging to the old, limiting feelings that prevent you from having what you desire.

This is a very powerful and highly effective process that is far more powerful when you have the experiential guidance of the Sedona Method recordings. But I am sure that if you really do these exercises you will have a strong sense of what is possible for you by releasing your limiting feelings.

Give this serious consideration . . .

If you do not release these thoughts and feelings, how confident do you feel in your ability to create more abundance in your life?

What is the cost of holding these feelings? Financially? Emotionally?

If these thoughts and feelings did not exist in your life, how confident would you feel in your ability to create more abundance in your life?

Are you willing to continue allowing limiting thoughts and feelings to prevent you from having what you want?

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to use these exercises on a daily basis for the next week or more. If you do, I know you will begin to see more of what you want showing up in your life - while at the same have what you don't want begin to dissolve away.

Overcoming resistance is the key to your success. Without these limitations, you will be free to create anything you desire for your life. I know, because I have used these techniques to do it in my life and I know thousands of other Sedona Method graduates who have also used these techniques to produce amazing results.

By the way, the prosperity we speak of could also include:

- An abundance of love
- More energy
- More happiness
- More fun
- More friends
- More of anything you desire. You just name it.
