22 Positive Affirmations for Women

“You can have anything you want if you are willing to give up the belief that you can’t have it.”

-Barbara Sher

I was lost at sea and struggling to find my way back to shore. I didn’t know where I was headed or what would happen when I got there. The waves were strong, and the current was pulling me away. I just kept telling myself that if I stayed calm, things would work themselves out.

We’ve all been there at some point in our lives, with storms raging and surrounding us. The sun may be shining right now, but you can’t see it through the clouds of doubt and insecurity. Positive affirmations for women can help bring the sun back out so you can see what’s around you.

Start by realizing that your fears have put up walls and clouds over your eyes, preventing you from seeing the big picture. It’s difficult to find your way out when it seems like there is nothing but darkness surrounding you. One of my favorite affirmations: “I am a powerful person who can make choices.

By telling yourself that you are a woman of strength and that your future is yours to create, you will begin to move forward. Each step may seem small, but they all add up quickly. Once the waves stop shaking you and the current begins to ease the pull in one direction, you can start moving again. Quickly, the sun will come out, and you’ll be able to see what’s ahead of you!

“All our dreams can come true if we dare to pursue them.”

-Walt Disney

There are many things you want to achieve in your lifetime. However, you may not know how to get there or who may be standing in your way. Positive affirmations for women can help you identify what it will take to achieve your goals to be on the right path.

To progress toward anything, you need clarity and focus. This is where affirmations come into play. Tell yourself: “I am enough of an artist to draw freely on my imagination. I am surrounded by potential.” By thinking in this manner, you will be allowing yourself to discover your true talents and gifts.

Even though real-life tells us that we are not enough or that something is impossible, positive affirmations remind us of our limitless potential and creativity. Positive thoughts promote positive actions and help you to move forward where doubt may have blocked you.

“To see things in the seed, that is genius.”

-Lao Tzu

The sky is filled with stars. You can find them anywhere at any time of day or night. Sometimes they are hard to spot, and other times they are staring you in the face. I love to pick out constellations like the Big Dipper or Orion’s belt and try to find new shapes each time I look up.

I also find a lot of inspiration from nature, as there is so much beauty revealed every day. Women’s positive affirmations can help keep you focused on what is essential, like spring blossoms on the trees or tulips bursting through the ground.

Some of my favorite affirmations are:

  • I am a creative person who can come up with new ideas” and
  • Life will always be exciting as long as I seek adventure.” Positive thoughts about your future help you to stay focused and motivated. If you still have the big dreams of your youth, then don’t let anything stop you.

Having a positive attitude

The most challenging thing about life is to remain positive when things look bleak and dark. Having a positive attitude may be difficult in these situations, but it will pay off. Positive affirmations can help you see the light at the end of the tunnel and focus on what is most important to you.

When those around us are complaining about their bad luck or poor choices, that’s when we need to speak up with our positive mantras. For example, if someone needs to hear, “I deserve to be happy, and I choose joy,” then say it and mean it. This is a great way to set the tone with your loved ones so that everyone feels supported and encouraged during hard times.
